Adilyn Williams, a rising star in the world of swimming, has announced her commitment to Colorado Mesa University, marking a significant step in her athletic career. Williams, a senior at Hanford High School in West Richland, Washington, currently swims year-round with the Tri-City Channel Cats, showcasing her versatility in the pool with strong performances in free, breast, fly, and IM events.
Her recent achievements include setting new personal best times at the 2025 Tualatin Hills Holiday Classic, where she placed 9th in the 200 breast and 11th in the 100 breast, and 9th in the 200 IM. At the 2026 IES Short Course Championships, Williams continued her stellar form, winning the 50 breast and placing 14th in the 50 fly, with lifetime best times in both events. She also took runner-up spots in the 100 and 200 breast, 4th in the 200 free and 200 IM, 5th in the 100 free, and 23rd in the 50 free.
Williams further solidified her status as a top swimmer by lowering her lifetime best in the 200 IM to 2:10.95 at the BC Premier Invitational. Her performances at the 2025 Austin Sectionals also showcased her versatility, with best times in the 100 breast and 200 IM, as well as strong showings in the 100 and 200 free.
